Police asked to investigate against John Abraham regarding complain

Bollywood star John Abraham perhaps will be in difficulty as a city court Tuesday asked Delhi police to file a report on a criticism seeking register of a criminal case adjacent to him for posing allegedly nude in a photograph in print in a daily.

Metropolitan Magistrate Ashish Aggarwal heading for the station home officer (SHO) of the Moti Nagar police position to put ahead the report to the court enclosed by two weeks.

"Since the criticism alleges commission of cognizable offences under Section 292 and 294 (relating to spread of obscene material) of the Indian Penal Code, the SHO is directed to file his report within two weeks," the court said.

C.M. Dua, who runs an NGO, sought registration of a first information report (FIR) in opposition to the model-turned-actor as well as the publisher in adding to the editor of the on a daily basis.
