Katrina Kaif’s new desi avatar makes her almost unidentifiable. The actress who is known for her uber-cool and hip looks in her films has gone desi for Priyadarshan’s De Dhana Dhan.
Her Amrapali-style outfit sated with usual jewels, classical dance steps along with her usual Indian pose is a far cry from her look in her last film New York. De Dhana Dhan stars her lucky charm Akshay Kumar and is a romantic comedy shot in Singapore and Mumbai at a budget of Rs 60 crores.
This film brings back the team of Akshay, Sunil Shetty, Paresh Rawal, and director Priyadarshan together after eight years. The story is about two friends, Akshay and Sunil, who are in search of big money to show a point to their girlfriends, Katrina and Sameera. Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif are coming together for the fifth time.
Katrina’s desi tadka will surely be a treat to watch when the film releases in November.
