The DNA test information of rape-accused Shiney Ahuja have long-established that the Bollywood actor had corporeal relationships with his teenaged maid who had supposed that the motion picture star had raped her, a police representative said here Monday.
'We have conventional the test reports and they confirm the allegations made by the injured party in the police grievance alongside the accused,' Amitabh Gupta, Additional Police Commissioner of Mumbai (North Region) told this evening. However, Gupta declined to comment supplementary in the matter.
Independent sources said that the DNA samples of the accused corresponding the samples taken from the 18-year-old victim, who had also suffered scratch marks on her body.
Investigators had also taken samples of other articles from Shiney's residence in the posh Versova area of Andheri west for evidence, together with semen stains detected there.
